Returns Policy
In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials.
Due to health guidelines, the following items are not returnable.
- Bathroom products such as commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, benches, etc.
If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee.
Large items such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, power scooters,adjustable beds and other products require re-stocking fees and shipping charges. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.

Delivery
Freight is payable by the purchaser. We use freight companies or Australia Post depending on the size of the
article.
We deliver to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we need your residential address for billing purposes.
Average delivery times after despatch from our Victorian warehouse are listed below:
- Deliveries to Queensland take on average: 3 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to New South Wales take on average: 2 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Victoria take on average: 2 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to ACT take on average: 2 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to South Australia take on average: 2 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Tasmania take on average: 3 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Western Australia take on average: 5 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 7 working days to arrive.
Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take longer.
International Shipping
DoAbility accepts international orders online for most products but only calculates to ship within Australia therefore our order will be accepted on-line and an email sent to you to for additional shipping charges.
The delivery options and additional delivery charges will be clearly stated in our email. If customers requiring international delivery choose not to accept the additional charges they can request their order to be cancelled and money refunded.
