Card		Debit and credit card transactions, provided by Braintree for fraud/security.	✅
PayPal		PayPal payment service	✅
Zip Money		A buy now, pay later service. Click here to learn more.	✅
NDIS Account Customers		Use our checkout to enter your NDIS details. We will then process your order, and send your invoice off to the best contact.	✅
Home Care Packages		We accept orders from Home Care Package organisations and from individuals. You will need to send us an email confirming the order, and your identity to proceed with ordering.	❌
Purchase Orders		If you are a government affiliated organisation, hospital, school, or purchasing for an NDIS or HCP client, you can send us a purchase order.	❌

 

 

Card Payment Error Codes

If your card payment fails at checkout, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Error Code	Meaning	What You Can Do
2000	Do Not Honor	Your bank declined the payment. Try another card or contact your bank.
2001	Insufficient Funds	Check your account balance or use a different card.
2002	Limit Exceeded	You’ve reached your card’s transaction limit. Contact your bank or use another card.
2006	Account Closed	This card account is closed. Use a different card.
2015	Transaction Not Allowed	Your bank is blocking this transaction type. Contact them for assistance.
2021	Issuing Bank Unavailable	Try again later or use a different card.
2029	Card Type Not Accepted	Use a Visa or Mastercard. Some other types may not be accepted.
2038	Processor Declined	Generic decline. Try another card or contact your bank.
2046	Call Issuer	Contact your bank to verify and approve the transaction.
