Common questions
How do I order online with NDIS funding?
Add items to the cart and check out as normal. At the payment step choose NDIS Account Customers, pick your management type, and fill in the participant details. Nothing is charged at checkout. We send a payable tax invoice afterwards.
Can I get a quote for my plan or AT report?
Yes, and quotes are free. They are itemised line by line with an expiry date printed on them, including delivery and any installation. Send us the model, configuration and accessories you need priced.
Where is my order?
Check the status with your order number and the email address you used. If the invoice is still unpaid the order has not been dispatched, since goods go out once they are paid for and in stock.
My invoice is wrong, can you fix it?
Email accounts@doability.com.au with the invoice number and what needs changing. Wrong plan manager, wrong participant details, needs reissuing. An invoice with the wrong details will sit unpaid, so it is worth sorting quickly.
Something arrived faulty or damaged, what now?
Report transit damage within 48 hours. Email support@doability.com.au with the order number and photos of the damage and the packaging.
If an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every item we sell, including the ones excluded from change of mind returns.
Can I change my mind and send something back?
Most items can go back within 14 days if they are new, unused and unopened. You pay the return freight, and big and bulky items carry a 20% restocking fee.
Change of mind returns are not available on hygiene items such as mattresses, pillows, continence products and compression garments, or on custom made, clearance, second hand and hire equipment.
Can I try equipment before I commit to it?
Yes. Visit the Maribyrnong showroom or arrange a trial. For paediatric equipment, contact our paediatric team to organise an appointment before visiting. Bringing your occupational therapist is welcome.
Are you an approved provider for therapists and support coordinators?
Yes. DoAbility Pty Ltd, ABN 49 133 342 542, NDIS registered provider number 430240140. We work with self managed, plan managed and agency managed funding.
