Costs and responsibilities

Trial costs

Trials themselves are free. Delivery and setup are quoted separately and vary by service level, from courier drop-off to full installation.

Clinical assessment and funding

DoAbility supplies equipment and supports the trial process. Clinical assessment and prescription is provided by the treating therapist. NDIS funding decisions rest with the NDIA.

How a trial works

For higher cost AT the NDIS looks for evidence the equipment is the right fit. A trial gives you that, and we provide the itemised quotes and documentation for your report.

  1. Tell us about the client

Their goals, space, funding, and the AT categories to compare.

  2. We match the equipment

We suggest suitable options and arrange the right items to trial.

  3. Trial it together

You assess the fit. Our team adjusts the setup and answers questions on the day.

  4. We prepare the paperwork

Itemised quotes for your AT report, and setup on delivery once approved.
