There are two easy ways to for NDIS participants to order online with DoAbility.

Self Managed Agency Managed Plan Manager

DoAbility is a registered NDIS Provider (#4056000951). 
 
We have made it easier for NDIS participants to order equipment.
 
NDIS participants, therapists, plan managers or carers can use this form to lodge their NDIS order with DoAbility.  
 
To order:
- Simply start typing in the name of the products you'd like to order, and select from the drop down option.
- Fill in the participant's plan, contact and delivery details and click send request.  
 
A DoAbility team member will process the order for payment through the relevant channels.  
 
Once funds are received, we'll swiftly dispatch your order.   
 

2. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BROWSE OUR WEBSITE FIRST, YOU CAN SIMPLY SHOP ONLINE AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD. THEN WHEN GOING THROUGH THE ONLINE CHECKOUT, CHOOSE NDIS ACCOUNT' AS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO ADD ALL RELEVANT NDIS DETAILS.

 
How do I Order Equipment using NDIS ?

You simply shop online, as you normally would.

When going through the online checkout, and you get to the payment stage choose, NDIS Account.

What information do I need ?

Once you have clicked on NDIS Account, you will be asked to provide your:

  1. NDIS Number
  2. Plan Dates
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Advise us if you are Agency Managed, Plan Managed or Self Managed.
What will DoAbility do ?

DoAbility will get the order together, and then contact you to discuss the final processing.
