Forte Sovereign Lite Paediatric Mattress
The Forte Sovereign Lite Paediatric Mattress is designed to provide advanced pressure care and support for high-risk paediatric and lightweight clients weighing between 12 and 90kg. It combines multiple specialised layers to deliver optimal immersion, pressure redistribution and postural stability, making it suitable for long-term use in homecare, hospital and clinical environments. The extra-soft Airoform Memory Breathe layer enhances comfort and reduces shear, while the Ventraflow® multi-zone core uses profiled castellations and air channels to improve airflow and evenly distribute pressure. A firm foundation layer prevents bottoming-out and supports safe repositioning, particularly in inclined or Fowler positions. The mattress also features a sloped heel zone to reduce pressure on vulnerable areas, along with strengthened hinged sides to improve safety and ease of transfers. Finished with a premium breathable, anti-microbial and vapour permeable cover, this mattress supports infection control while maintaining a comfortable sleep surface for paediatric users.
