NDIS Online Checkout

You can check out as (or on behalf) of an NDIS participant, at the last step of the checkout. To ensure an easy process, please follow these guidelines when checking out online.

1: Use the end user's (or next best contact) email address in the email field.

2: Enter an additional contact (typically a carer or occupational therapist) details, and your Plan Manager's email (if required).

Upon completion, the invoice for the order will be sent to all contacts on the order. Orders are sent once paid, and stock is available.
